“The certification process was an enjoyable experience with Colleen guiding me as my mentor. She is patient and uses a step by step method to gradually prepare me. As I was studying with her, I was observing her passion for teaching ensuring the safety of the students and always finding solutions for every injury, struggle and stiffness. There was a lot to learn and absorb from the syllabus but her creative way of teaching made it fun and interesting. She motivated me and ensured that I understood with hands-on corrections and rigorous explanations. Colleen instilled in me trust and readiness to become a teacher and start the journey.”
