Level 1

The beginning is the most important part of the work.

  • This one hour class is perfect to establish a firm yoga foundation. 
  • Designed for the student new to yoga or the Iyengar method.
  • A refresher to the student returning to class after sometime away or simply to reconnect with the basics.
  • Standing poses, as well as basic concepts of movement are emphasized.
